Group II: Take turns in throwing the ball as far as you can. Do this one
by one.

Group the class into six. Have individual pupil do what the directions says.
Each group will start from their respective station and once they hear the
whistle they will go to the next station. They have to finish all the stations.
Group I: 1st Station Jumping 10 times continuously backward and
sideward
Group II: 2nd Station Playing “habulan” inside the designated area
Group III: 3rd Station Carrying books from one point to another
Group IV: 4th Station Race from the end of the playing area to the other
end
Group V: 5th Station Throwing the ball (The farther the winner)
Group VI: 6th Station Putting the books on the head and hands while
walking from one place to another

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN PLAYING TARGET GAMES
Stretching - Before an activity, you need to stretch your muscles to avoid
injuries.
Attire - You must wear the proper attire comfortable enough so you can
move freely at ease.
Equipment - These must be checked if they are free from wear and are
still safe to use.
Weather - Check if the weather could affect the activity. If it is raining,
better do it indoors. If it is too shiny, put anti ultra-violet
lotion on your skin. Put insect-repellant lotion.
Health Condition - Secure medical clearance from the doctor or tell your
teacher that you are medic.

III. Procedures:
A. Preparatory activities:
1. Checking of attendance
2. Review of the past lesson

B. Developmental Activities:
1. Motivation:
(Guessing game)
The teacher will provide strips of paper with words written on it
inside a box ( ex. Running, jumping, playing tennis, swimming, sitting
) Then , this box will be passed by the pupils when the music starts.
The pupil holding the box when the music stops will pick up a strip of
paper, do what is written on it and call a classmate to guess what
action he/she did. The game will continue up to the last strip of paper.
2. Activity:
Directions: Pick a word written on meta card. Place it under its proper
heading.

3. Analysis:
Let the pupils say something about the illustrations formed.
