AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

I, HENRY B. BILBIL, of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at Dumanlas

Davao City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That I am the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated in Buhangin Davao

City, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-1010 with measuring
area of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THREE (38,653) square
meters, more or less;

2. That the said parcel of land is neither being tenanted nor cultivated by any
person or group;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts for
whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
