Memory/Spelling Game

Related Subject: English - Word Spelling

Materials:
1. Long sized bondpaper
2. Marker

Game Mechanics:
1. There should be 2 team with 2 players each.
2. Mix the cards all up and lay face down.
3. Leave space around the cards so children can walk around them.
4. Have the children take turns flipping over two cards at a time until they have a match.
5. If you get a match you get another turn, but if you don’t then it is the next player’s turn.
6. The game continues until all the matches are made.
7. Have each player count up their matches and the one with the most wins.

Rules of the Game:

1. No coaching
2. Wrong spelling is wrong.
3. Time bounded game to 5 minutes.

POP - Brain Teaser

Related Subject: Math - Addition of numbers

Materials:
1. Long bondpaper
2. Marker
3. Pen

Game Mechanics:
1. There should be 2-3 players.
2. Each player should take turns in writing P O or P wherever they like.
3. If a player sees a chance to connect the word POP he/she will take multiple turns until it run out.
4. Scores are tally down
5. The one who gets the highest score wins the game.

Rules of the Game:

1. No coaching
2. No changes of moves.
3. Time bounded game to 4 minutes.
