1. SECRET WORDS.
PURPOSE: REVIEW VOCABULARY
TIME: 7’-10’
DETAILED SCRIPT:
- I will divide the class into 3 groups. Each group has 5 members.
- First, each group take 1 member to come here to choose the order of play.
- Today, I prepared some vocabulary cards related to the lesson we learned.
- Each turn, I will give 1 vocabulary card and hide it.
- First, I will suggest the number of letters in that vocabulary.
- Next, each member of each group in turn would ask me questions related
to that word.
- The group that finds the secret word will get 1 point, the game will
continue to the end of the vocabulary cards or the time is up.
2. SPELLING

- PURPOSE: Review some vocabulary, practice listening and speaking


skills
- Time: 3-5’
DETAILED SCRIPT:
- First, I will divide the class into 2 rows of students. Each row contains 10
students.
- I will read a word and students from the groups must be able to write the
word on the board and then spell it.
- The first two members in each row must quickly write the word correctly
on the board, then spell that word.
- .If the answer is correct and the spelling is correct, that group gets 1 point.
- After answering, whether true or false, the student must sit down to save
the next player's turn.
- Take turns playing until you have gone all the words to check or until the
time is up.
- Teacher sums up: The team with more points is the winner
3. GUESSING WORD

PURPOSE: REVIEW VOCABULARY


TIME: 5’
DETAILED SCRIPT:
- First, I want my whole class to participate in this game.
- I would like ask whole class to fold all the books in their bags, and put
their hands on the table.
- I have prepared some pictures as well as objects related to the words
learned in the previous lesson.
- Whole class is to guess the word that word. Who guesses it, actively raises
their hand and spell that word.
- Each correct answer will receive a gift from me.
4. FACING GAME

PURPOSE: PRACTICE SPEAKING SKILLS


TIME:10’
DETAILED SCRIPT:
- I want invite 10 students to join this game
- Then, these 10 students will arrange in a circle and hold hands.
- I will give you a topic today: Animals
- I will randomly choose the first person from this circle, then you will take
turns saying words the name of animals.
- Each of members has 5 seconds to say the word.
- If you don’t say that word in 5 seconds, you’ll stop this game here and
leave the circle.
- The last person will be the winner of this contest and will get the gift from
me.
5. SENTENCE ARRANGING

- PURPOSE: REVIEW THE GRAMMAR STRUCTRURE


- TIME: 5-7’
DETAILED SCRIPT:
Hello class, today I will bring a game SENTENCE ARRANGING.
- I have prepared some sentences raletes the grammar structrure to review.
- But these sentences are cut into word by words. Every word was written
on the cards I prepared.
- First, I will divide the class into two groups A and B. Depending on the
number of words in each sentence, the teacher calls the number of students
in each group to the front of the class (for example, if a sentence has 6
words, call 6 students).
- Within a certain amount of time (about 30 seconds), the students in the
group must discuss then have to put their words in front of and arrange
themselves in the team to get a complete and correct sentence.
- The team that arranges correctly and fastest will get 2 points.
