UNIT 15: WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE IN THE FUTURE?
(Lesson 1 – section 4, 5, 6)
I. Objective: By the end of the lesson, Ss are expected to be able to:
+ Use the words and phrases related to the topic Future plans.
+ Asking and answering questions about what someone would like to be in the
future, using:
What would you like to be in the future?
I’d like to be a/an___________.
II. Skills: Practice and develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
III. Language focus:
Vocabulary: Pilot, doctor, architect, writer.
Sentence patterns:
What would you like to be in the future?
I’d like to be a/an________.
IV. Teaching aids
- Teacher’s aids: student book, teacher’s book, TV, class CDs.
- Students’ aids: Student books, notebooks, workbooks.

- Arrive soon to double-check all the devices prepared.

6. Let’s sing - Tell the Ss that they are going to sing the
