AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

We, DA VE AB & CON NIEL YN, both of legal age, Filipino and a resident
of Cebu City, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we are no longer interested over the parcel of land situated at

Siquijor Island of Mindanao, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 123123123 and registered name of CE LES TINO under Tax
Declaration No. __________________ containing an area of ONE
HUNDRED (100) Square Meters more or less;

2. That we are voluntarily waiving our rights and interests over the
above described parcel of land, and hereby warrants that we shall
voluntarily leave the portion of a lot and improvements of land
subject of this waiver without need of demand;

3. That we freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, our rights and interest
over the above-cited parcel of land in favour to RO GE LIO, Filipino,
of legal age, married to EVE LYN and a resident of SIQUIJOR
Philippines;

4. That we are executing this affidavit in utmost good faith fully aware
of our rights under the laws and free from any form of duress or
coercion;

5. That we recognize that this affidavit shall serve as a bar to any

litigation in any tribunal on the matter covered by this affidavit.
