Re: Appeal for Enrollment Reconsideration
Refer to the heading above. I am Jhoanna T. Borricano, among the First Year student here in New
University taking up the Juris Doctor (Non-Thesis) who regretfully failed more than two (2) major subjects.
I am writing this letter pertinent to the “2 Flunk Rule” of the College of Law which I fully understand its
purpose to I regret that I was in a period of adjustment being out of school for more than a decade, I
unfortunately did not qualify to enroll for the second semester.

In view of the foregoing, I am respectfully requesting your honorable office to reconsider my admission for
the second semester. Moreover, I want to continue my law career in New Era University because of the
outstanding quality and environment not limited to the staffs, facilities and pro-students faculty member of
the school. I am also requesting your good office to give me another chance to be reconsidered as I have
a strong belief that the College of Law will become the bridge of all students enrolled to pursue and achieve
our aspirations to become lawyers in the future.
