Hello, Brave Hearts!

It’s a pleasure for me to write this greeting for you, welcome to our YOUTHOPIA
International Talk Show.

YOUTHOPIA International Talk Show is an event that held by AIESEC, as the peak
event of all 3 social projects we have in Semarang. We bring ‘Youth Empowerment’
as a big theme cause we do really believe that youth can take a big part to change
the world, to make it a better place.

Thank you for participating to be a part of our project event, thank you for being
brave and decided to take this chance as your stepping stone to a greater good. We
really hope you will get something that can be implemented in your daily life. Last
but not least, let’s make the world a better place, start from a single step. And let’s

 WHAT IS AIESEC
AIESEC is an international youth organization that focus on
developing leadership in 128 countries. In Indonesia, AIESEC has been
established for 30 years and spread in several cities, one of which is in Semarang.

WHAT IS YOUTHOPIA
The talk show themed youth empowerment aims to increase awareness and broaden insights
regarding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for young people to be able to take concrete
action through empowerment and increased motivation.

The talk show will discuss 3 main points which are divided into 3 sessions, namely SDGs, youth
empowerment, as well as an explanation regarding social projects that have carried by AIESEC in
Semarang to support the SDGs based on the city of Semarang to solve the problems that occurred
then followed by a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session, so that young people can discuss the
determining what real action they can do in their daily lives.

 OUR SPEAKER

Gustika Jusuf Hatta or Gustika Fardani Jusuf was born on January 19,
1994. Her mother, Halida Hatta is Mohammad Hatta's (First Vice
President of Indonesia) third daughter. She is known as a student of
King's College London, England. Gustika also plays an active role as
President of the King's College London Indonesian Society. Besides
active in campus organizations, Gustika is also active in the United
Nations’ movement for Indonesia. Tika is interested in several
humanitarian issues and also exploring gender issues, the role of women
in war, and the protection of the laws of art and culture in conflict.

 OUR SPEAKER

Anggis Dinda is the Winner of Gadis Sampul 2012, the 25th teen girls
contest held by GADIS magazine. She was graduated from Law Faculty
of Universitas Indonesia. As a young woman, she dares to be an
entrepreneur. Anggis Dinda owns a batik and clothing business,
Pramesvari. She is also often invited to be a speaker at youth
empowerment seminars. Anggis Dinda is intersted in Indonesia youth
empowerment and education through youth organization.

Break Room Session
The break room session will discuss more deeply about each and every issue that is brought
so that they can realize real action in solving problems in Semarang. SDGs that will be
discussed general will open up your insight in this matter.

SDG’s Session
In this session, we will conduct a discussion group with foreign students so that they can find
out more about the problems in Semarang and how to solve them.

Youth Empowerment Session

This session aims to make young people in Semarang understand, dare to take action and
make good changes for Semarang. We will give an example of how important young people
are in building the nation to become a better place.
