ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS TO DEPED ORDER NO. 46, S. 2018
(Guidelines on the Fiscal Year 2018 Release and Utilization
of Technical-Vocational Livelihood Funds)

1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 46, s. 2018 entitled Guidelines on the
Fiscal Year 2018 Release and Utilization of Technical-Vocational Livelihood
Funds, the Department Education (DepEd) issues the following additional
provisions relative to the procurement of the Learning Tools and Equipment,
which amount to Pl5,000:
a. The procurement should be done per specialization package to
ensure the completeness of the requirement of the specialization
and to maintain the expenditure as capital outlay. Thus, per
package cost shall not be lower than P15,000;
b. Regional offices are directed to refer to the Department of Budget
and Management Circular Letter No. 2016-7 dated July 20, 2016
in the reclassification of the affected items if necessary.
