Role:

• Contributing towards analyzing user request received through support via resolving tickets in ITSM tool with priorities (Critical-1
hr, High-4 hr, medium-8 hr, low-30 working hours)

• Implemented PP REM for (Material Master, REM profile, product cost collector along with master data and dependent require-
ment management).

• Automated repetitive issues (like COGI,checkpoint idocs failure) with help of RPA(robotic process automation) using blue prism..

• Debugged ongoing issues in SAP ABAP programing language as I worked as an SAP ABAP resource for few months in my current
organization.

• Communicated with business customers to discuss the issues and requirements and fix data quality issues.

• Proposed permanent solution to some repetitive issues by creating problem ticket and fixed the cases pemanently.
