“CAPITAL CITY”- AN INTEGRATED BUSINESS DISTRICT
The existing business districts in Delhi are near saturation levels with limited space availability
for future expansions. Majority of the developments undertaken have witnessed infrastructure
bottlenecks, parking related issues, etc. To capitalize on this need gap, this project is ideally
positioned to be developed as an iconic business district within the NCR region. Development
of skyscrapers as part of this project would result in creation of a landmark, comparable to
some of the popular business destinations worldwide.
