THE TRADECORP HOUSE

The Tradecorp 36m2 portable house is a modular product designed by using the steel
frame and light-weight wall panels system. This modular house is built with energy
conservation and environment protection in mind and is easy and convenient to
install. It is also CE, BV&TUV certified, and has been exported to more than 100
countries all over the world (such as Brazil, South Africa, Dubai, Japan etc.)
Advantages
1. Easy installation: widely used in the construction sites, temporary residence,
shower room, kitchen, office, etc.
2. Suitable for extreme climate area. Its wind resistance can reach 210km/h, and
the seismic resistance can be more than Grade 8.
Our Tradecorp Houses are an economic housing solution used for temperary use
and is composed of a roof panel, roof purlin, external and internal wall panels and
edge frame.
