2. In connection with the above reference, the undersigned would like to

request for the reassignment of the above named subject PNCO at the District Public
Information Office (DPIO).

3. That the undersigned equipped with knowledge in relation to the applied

position for reassignment as I attended a Media Relations Seminar held at Rain Forest
Pasig City conducted by PCR Personnel. Thus, through this it’s a reciprocal opportunity,
