Course Syllabus
CREW RESROURCE MANAGEMENT
For Maintenance Personnel
All employees of Serene Engineeing Services (SES) commensurate with their level COURSE COMPLETION CRITERIA
of responsibility and their impact on the safety of SES operations. Human error
accounts for up to 80% of accidents in civil aviation. This course examines the  Trainee must have at least 90 % attendance of the course
complex threat and error environments common to today’s workplace, providing
best practices to increase aviation workplace safety

COURSE OUTCOME
At the completion of this course, the trainees will:
 Develop strategies to manage threats and errors and minimize their
consequences
 Develop the importance of an integrated CRM program for all areas of an
organization
 Be able to apply Non-Technical Skill (NTS) tools to assess attitudes and
behaviors

PREREQUISITE
The trainee should:

 Understand English Language


 Have preferably attended Human Factors (Initial) Course
