Vision
The DiCNHS shall produce students who are academically equipped, technologically
competitive and morally upright towards building a progressive society
in cooperation with the community.
Mission
The DiCNHS provides quality instruction, programs, projects and activities
to prepare the students to face the challenges of the new millennium.
Goals:
Curriculum Goal
To provide a curriculum which extends and supports students through
appropriate teaching and learning programs.
Learning Environment Goal
To develop conducive learning environment where mutual respect is demonstrated
among students, teachers, parents and community.
Staff Management Goal
To implement school management policies and practices that support efficient and effective
administration, staff professional development and effective decision-making.
Resources Management Goal
To develop, maintain and allocate physical and financial resources in line with
the goals and improvement areas of the school.
Community Building Goal
To establish mutual beneficial relationship with parents and
the community based on shared trust and participation.
Strategies:
To achieve the Vision and Mission:
Revisit, evaluate and re-evaluate if the objectives are relevant, observable, doable, and
achievable within the learners’ development levels, within the allotted time, and if the
quality of completers is raised and become lifelong assets.
Well maintained and sustained school environment (buildings, facilities, parking areas,
landscape- playground, parks, covered walks, pavements), properly wearing uniform
disciplined students and, dress code teaching and non-teaching personnel, visitors with
ID’s, decent school security guards to man entry -exit gates to roam around the campus
to prevent possible student groupings that would create possible troubles, abuses, and
small vices.
To achieve the Staff Management Goal:
Review, evaluate, refine, communicate, and implement school policies and practices to
support efficient and effective administration.
To collaborate with full pledge masters and PhDs to conduct in-service trainings,
workshops and other teaching-learning approaches to teachers for upgrade and to
encourage and assist teachers enrolled in graduate studies to facilitate course completion
To achieve Resources Management Goal:
Refine, communicate, and implement financial and physical plans that prioritize
components for maintenance, upgrades, procurement and acquisitions of facilities and
equipment based upon students’ learning needs and well being.
