7.Self lubrication
Due to small coefficient of frication, so it has better self lubrication, only less PTFE materil
while work. without grease.During the working condition fo slipping or turn, it works
better than steel or bronze bearing with grease, in frication field, it’s name perfect frication
material with low cost.

8. Water absorption rate

UHMW-PE's surface absorption affinity is very feeble, materials are difficult to stick to it.
UHMW-PE's water absorption is less than 0.01% only 1% that of nylon66,in water
environment it's very stable, resists the attached of algae and fungus.

9.Excellent chemical Corrosion Resistant
UHMWPE chemical stability is high, it can resist various corrosive media (such as acids ,
salts and alkalis) and organic solvents in certain range of temperature and concentration

The uhmpwe has the property of insipid , non toxic and no causticity itself. It’s approved by
FDA AND USDA that it could be used in food and pharmacy industry
