RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE BARANGAY LOCAL

GOVERNMENT UNIT (BLGU) THROUGH THE HON. MARCIAL REPLAGAO., BARANGAY
POBLACION, SAN MIGUEL ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(P10,000.00) FOR THE TURN OVER, BLESSINGS AND INAUGURATION OF ONE UNIT -TWO
CLASSROOM BUILDING OF SAN MIGUEL CENTRAL ES AND SPED CENTER, POBLACION, SAN
MIGUEL, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, San Miguel Central ES and SPED Center has been a recipient of One Unit -Two
Classrooms building intended for Kindergarten classes from DPWH through the CDF of Hon.
Aurora E. Cerilles, Congressman, 2nd district, Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, the building now is on its completion stage and ready for turn –over, blessings
and inauguration, but the school has no source of funds to finance with the foods intended for
the guests and other expenses that will be incurred during the scheduled date of its inauguration;

WHEREAS, the above-stated facility is really needed to cater the young kindergarten
learners but due to lack of budget, the school through its Parents- Teachers’ Association officials
deemed it necessary to source out funds, hence this request.

NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED by the officials of the Parents –Teachers’ Association

of San Miguel Central ES and SPED Center to pass a RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FROM THE BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (BLGU) THROUGH THE HON.
MARCIAL REPLAGAO., BARANGAY POBLACION, SAN MIGUEL ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR IN THE
AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) FOR THE TURN OVER, BLESSINGS AND
INAUGURATION OF ONE UNIT -TWO CLASSROOM BUILDING OF SAN MIGUEL CENTRAL ES AND
SPED CENTER, POBLACION, SAN MIGUEL, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

RESOLVED this 15th day of February, 2019 during a meeting called for the PTA officials
held at the principal’s office of San Miguel Central ES and SPED Center.

PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, THE HONORABLE VICTOR YU FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ONE UNIT COVERED COURT OF SAN MIGUEL CENTRAL ES
AND SPED CENTER, POBLACION, SAN MIGUEL, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, San Miguel Central ES and SPED Center is a central school with the total
enrollment of 624 pupils and 26 teachers;

WHEREAS, San Miguel Central ES and SPED Center situated served a show window
of the district has no covered court where the sports and other school activities of the school
could be held;

WHEREAS, the school lacks sufficient funding to be able to implement the construction
of covered court at this particular school;

NOW THEREFORE, the General PTA officials and Board of Directors in session duly
assembled Resolves as it is hereby Resolved REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE
PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, THE HONORABLE
VICTOR YU FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE UNIT COVERED COURT OF SAN
MIGUEL CENTRAL ES AND SPED CENTER, POBLACION, SAN MIGUEL, ZAMBOANGA
DEL SUR.
 RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of
Governor Victor Yu for information and favorable consideration.
