Dagiagnao together with Alberto C Salibio, Bpat Chief Tanod and Renie I
Colindon tanod member of Brgy. Union, Nabas, Aklan turned over at this
Municipal Police Station one Domingo Garalde y Boromeo, male, single,
46 years old born on March 12, 1972 address Bagongbong Caloocan
Metro Manila presently residing at So. Mampusa Brgy. Union, Nabas,
Aklan, water tank installer under Datem Construction. Initial investigation
revealed that at about 9:30 in the evening of same date; a heated
altercation was ensued between the latter and his nephew Fermark O
Garalde, male, married, 25 years old born on January 23, 1994 address
Bagongbong Caloocan Metro Manila presently residing at So. Mampusa
Brgy. Union, Nabas while they were having drinking session inside of their
boarding house. On the course of their heated arguments, Fermark took a
knife prompting Domingo also took boat paddle and hit the former
sustaining bodily injuries. He was brought in the Aklan Baptist Hospital for
immediate medical intervention. Case refers to barangay justice
concerned.
2020-01-7569 Manifestation: At about 10:50 in the morning of January 22, 2020,
Madelyn Medes y Tumaca, female, married, 32 years old (DOB. August
10, 1987) address Brgy. Dumlog, Malay, Aklan (CP Nr. 09298447392)
Admin Officer under I Boracay Depot Corporation with address at Brgy.
Union, Nabas, Aklan appeared at this station reported alleging that at
about 7:30 in the morning of January 21, 2020, a delivery truck, bearing
plate number WGB 676, with name Twin-R, loaded with assorted
motorcycles driven by certain Mark Anthony Camuel, male, legal age (Cp
Nr. 09120093735) hit the Akelco wire which caused the Akelco two post
fell down and hit the warehouse of I Boracay Depot Corporation. As a
result thereof, the said warehouse incurred unestimated amount of
damages likewise to the electric meter and electric transformer inside of
said warehouse.
2020-01-7570 Shooting Incident: At about 2:40 in the afternoon of January 22, 2020,
Jally Taunan y Saba, male, married, 50 years old, DOB March 27, 1969,
CP nr. 09102037681, a resident of Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan appeared in
this office and reported that there was a shooting incident that transpired at
Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan. Acting on the said report, elements of this
office to wit: PSSg Lowell Torda, PSSg John Zolina and PSSg Melvin D
Alba Jr immediately responded to verify the veracity of the report and if
affirmative; to conduct investigation. Investigation conducted revealed that
on or about 2:20 in the afternoon of same date, witness Yolanda Taunan
y Saba , female, widow, 77 years old, born on July 12, 1942, resident of
Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan noticed that there were persons who were
cutting trees at the land that was currently pawned to her prompting her to
accost the same. Victim Joseph Solloso y Antiquso, male, single, 33
years old, born on November 7, 1986, resident of Brgy Gibon, Nabas,
Aklan together with other witnesses/grandchildren of Yolanda Taunan y
 Saba identified as Jave Taunan y Vicencio, male, single, 20 years old,
born on January 19, 2000 and Zyrick Uyad (minor), all residents of Brgy
Toledo, Nabas, Aklan, upon noticing the incident, came closer to Yolanda
Taunan y Saba and the said persons to observe. In that instance, suspect
(brother of Yolanda Taunan y Saba) identified as Ludovico Saba Jr. y
Flores, 62 years old, born on April 19, 1957, male, married and resident of
Brgy Gibon, Nabas, Aklan arrived and instantaneously, without any
apparent reason, took a short firearm on his bag and shot the victim but
the latter was able to evade it and fled. The bullet hit and pass thru the
bamboo wall of the house owned by Willy Berdonar, Recovered from the
kitchen of Willy Berdonar’s house was one (1) fired bullet/slug of unknown
firearm marked as LFS. Suspect was arrested but the firearm that he used
in the commission of the crime is nowhere to be found. Suspect who was
apprised of his constitutional rights in dialect that have known to and
understood by him is now under the custody of this office after medical
checked-up at Ibajay District Hospital for proper disposition.
2020-01-7571 Counter Allegation ICOW Blotter Entry # 2020-01-7570 re;
Shooting Incident: At about 3:05 in the afternoon of January 22, 2020,
one Ludovico Saba Jr. y Flores, 62 years old, born on April 19, 1957,
male, married and resident of Brgy Gibon, Nabas, Aklan appeared before
this office and reported that on or about 2:30 in the afternoon of same
date, while his hired chainsaw cutter was cutting his mahogany tree at
Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan, his nephews/brothers identified as Jally
Taunan y Saba, of legal age, male, married; Nory Taunan y Saba, of legal
age, male, married and their mother Yolanda Taunan y Saba, female, of
legal age, both residents of Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan together with
certain “loloy” and two (2) unidentified men approached his chainsaw
cutter. The brothers stopped the chainsaw cutter from cutting his
mahogany tree. He then told the brothers that they don’t have rights to
stop the cutting of trees as it was owned by him in which the brothers also
claims that they are the owner of the trees. After that, the brothers whom
allegedly armed with short firearms aimed their firearms at him and fired
the same but he was able to flee.
2020-01-7572 Threat: at 5:45 in the afternoon of January 22, 2020, complainant one
Corazon Saba y Fungo, 69 years old, born on October 13, 1950, female,
married and resident of Brgy Toledo, Nabas, Aklan appeared before this
office and reported that on or about 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon of same
date, while outside her house beside the Brgy road thereat, Nory Taunan y
Saba and Danilo Taunan y Saba, of legal ages and both residents of same
place, on board on a motorcycle driven by Nory Taunan y Saba, whom
observed to be angry shouted at her in vernacular to quote “ Ta Tapuson
na ta”. Said incident caused fear to the complainant. Case referred to Brgy

2020-01-7573 Icow Blotter Entry Nr. 2020-01-7570 At about 7:30 in the morning of
January 23, 2020, Ludovico Saba Jr. y Flores, 62 years old, born on

 was released from the custody of this station to PSSg Melvin D Alba Jr.

2020-01-7598 For Record: At about 08:45 in the morning of February 2, 2020, one
Gaylord Moises y Magsali, male, single, 28 years old born on October 4
1991, resident of Brgy. Alimbo Baybay, Nabas, Aklan personally appeared
before this office and requested to put into record alleging that at about
08:30 in the morning of same date while riding his motorcycle, Honda
XRM, color red, plate number 8360FF, upon approaching in front of public
market, the reporting person did not notice the rope that was tied on a
vegetable stand of certain Nestor Sarol, male, legal age, resident of Brgy.
Nagustan, Nabas Aklan. As the result thereof, the rope hooked on his neck
causing him to fell down that sustained wounds on his foot and pain on his
neck and incurred damages on the headlight, steering and motor coil of his
motorcycle with unestimated amount of damages as of this report.
2020-01-7599 Malicous Mischief: At about 12:45 in the afternoon of February 2, 2020,
Rodney Vargas y Delos Santos, male, single, 22 years old (DOB.
November 10, 1997) Cp Nr. 09212582173 a resident of Brgy. Gibon,
Nabas, Aklan appeared at this station reported alleging that about 1:40 in
the morning of same date; while having drinking session together with
Marlon Rubite and Mark Tumampil in a store near Brgy. Plaza of Brgy.
Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan, wherein certain Renil Salaver and Cyril Manikan
a resident of Brgy. Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan suddenly arrived thereat and
observed under the influence liquor. Thereafter, the group of herein
reportee was confronted by Kadoy Saliver in arrogant manner prompting
them to ride on their L300 Van and left on said place to avoid commotion
however; certain Renil Salaver and Cyril Manikan hit them with bottle of
beer and stones causing damage to the left side rear stop light of said
L300 van. Case refers to barangay justice concerned.
2020-01-7600 Physical Injury: At about 08:25 o’clock in the evening of February 2, 2020,
one Emilio Fausto y Gravillo, male, single, 32 years old born on March 3,
1987, resident of Brgy. Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan appeared personally in
this office and request to put into records alleging that at about 07:00
o’clock in the evening of same date while riding his tricycle going on his
home at sitio Agpusong, Brgy. Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan upon reaching in
front of the house of certain Joebert Venus, male, legal age, also resident
of same Brgy. he blew the horn of his tricycle to gain the attention of
Joebert but Joebert punch him together with his brother identified as
Nonoy without apparent reason, As a result, victim sustained swelling on
his face, head and chest. Case refers to Brgy. Justice concerned. 2020-

2020-01-7601 Alarm and Scandal: At about 9:30 in the evening of February 2, 2020, this
Municipal Police Station received call coming from a concerned citizen informing
that there was a person creating public disturbance at Brgy. Gibon, Nabas, Aklan.
Immediately elements from this office to wit: PSSG Lowell T Torda, Pcpl Jeffry
Dela Cruz, Pat Melchor Salcedo and Pat Jerick Dela Justa responded to verify
the report and to conduct investigation. Upon arrival thereat, a group of male
persons identified later as Jaypie Oberio y Espiritu, male, single, 23 years old
 born on July 31, 1996, Ramil Montoya y Geronimo, male, single, 31 years old
born on October 26, 1988, Jonald Bandiola y Tumambong male, married, 37
years old born on January 19, 1983, Nikko Oberio y Espirito, male, single, and
Rogie Fundador, male, single, they are residents of Brgy. Gibon, Nabas, Aklan
and having drinking session at the small house/kubo adjacent from the house of
Jaypie Oberio. Thereafter, Mrs. Leterania Montoya y Geronimo, female, married,
59 years old born on April 19, 1963, came to PSSG Lowell T Torda and affirmed
that the person who was creating public disturbance on said place was her son
named Ramil Montoya, who was observed to be under the influence of liquor,
acted unruly, armed with bolo, shouted on the top of his voice challenging his
father Mr. Remenito Montoya for a fight to quote “Guwa dyan tay inaway ta” and
further broke their table and their wash basin. That while PSSG Lowell T Torda
and Mrs. Leterania Montoya were talking, Pat Jerick Dela Justa noticed Jaypie
Oberio left from the said kubo, where they are drinking and went into their house.
Few minutes later, he went back to the kubo with a hand gun on his hand. That
moment, Pat Jerick Dela Justa informed Pcpl Jeffry Dela Cruz and Pat Melchor
Salcedo and that they confronted Jaypie Oberio, they introduced themselves as
Police Officers and ordered Jaypie Oberio to throw the handgun and drop himself
on the ground. They gain for the possession of the said gun and it was then
discovered that the said gun is a mere toy gun. Said Incident caused alarm to the
populace of the said place. Suspects Jaypie Oberio y Espiritu and Ramil Montoya
y Geronimo were then informed of their constitutional rights under Miranda
Doctrine and subsequently brought to Nabas Municipal Police Station for booking
and documentation for proper disposition. Case referred to Brgy Justice System
2020-01-7602 Physical Injury: At about 9:00 in the morning of February 3, 2020, Leo
Mark Malicse y Balidio, male, single, 22 years old (DOB. August 24, 1997)
a resident of Brgy. Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan appeared at this Municipal
Police Station reported alleging that at about 6:30 in the evening of
February 2, 2020, while on his way home together with his father (Bruno
Malicse y Salaber) from Brgy. Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan towards Brgy.
Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan wherein certain Carl Lope, male of legal age a
resident of Brgy. Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan onboard on his motorcycle
followed them until their house. At about 7:00 in the evening of February 2,
2019, herein reportee while on his way towards shore of Brgy.
Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan blocked his way and allegedly companion of
Carl Lope smashed him with unknown caliber of firearm hitting his left face
causing injury thereof. Case refer to barangay justice.
2020-01-7603 For Record Purposes: at about 1:20 in the afternoon of February 3,
2020, the Aklan Electric Cooperative (AKELCO) INC. represented by Mr.
Jose Francisco M Ramos II, 39 years old, born on September 5, 1980,
male, single, legal Division Manager and resident of Poblacion, Malinao,
Aklan appeared in this office requesting to put into record that he, together
with the apprehension team of AKELCO, went at Unidos, Nabas, Aklan on
January 24, 2020 to verify the information received from its lessee, Global
Power Corporation, regarding the illegal construction of a residential
building being conducted by a certain Sol Pancho over its property located
in the same area. When they went at the area, they were able to talk to
Pancho Pancho and he admitted that he is responsible for the continuation
 of the construction. He alleged that the construction is outside AKELCO’s
property and pointed out portion of the land which AKELCO owns. Mr.
Ramos requested to take a picture of the property but Pancho Pancho
refused and the former acceded.
2020-01-7604 Implementation of Search Warrant for Violation of RA 10591: at
about 11:20 in the morning of February 3, 2020, Joint elements of this
office led by PSSg Mark Erwin Mabilog under the direct supervision of
PMAJ FIDEL T GENTALLAN, OIC and elements of 2nd Aklan Provincial
Mobile Force led by PLT RAJIV SALBINO under the direct supervision of
PMAJ DONNEL P REGIS, OIC served the SEARCH WARRANT No. EJ-
01-20 for VIOLATION OF RA 10591 issued and signed by Executive
Judge BIENVENIDO P. BARRIOS, RTC 6TH Judicial Region, Office Of
The Executive Judge Kalibo, Aklan dated January 30, 2020 against Ronil
Francisco y Empos, 33 years old, born on October 22, 1996, carpenter
and resident of Brgy Pawa, Nabas, Aklan at the latter’s house located at
said place, which resulted to the recovery of the subject firearm one (1)
Caliber 38 revolver without markings/no serial number marked as MEM
inserted in a color black holster marked as MEM-1 and loaded with three
(3) live ammunitions marked as; MEM-2; MEM-3 and MEM-4 respectively.
The said firearm was placed inside a color green bucket which was
covered with assorted clothes at the kitchen of the suspect’s house. The
entire operations were witnessed by Hon. Isagani P. Baliguat, Brgy
Captain; Rowena C Baliguat and Thelma Francisco y Empos. The
inventory of property seized were done within the suspect’s presence at
his house and witnessed by aforesaid witnesses. A Certification of Orderly
Search was signed by Ronil Francisco y Empos, witnessed by the above
Punong Barangay and Barangay Kagawad then suspect was furnished a
copy of it. Suspect was arrested, informed of his constitutional rights in
dialect that have known to and understood by him is now under the
custody of this office after medical checked-up at Nabas Rural Health Unit
for proper disposition.
2020-01-7605 Threat: at about 6:05 in the evening of February 3, 2020, victim one Lou
Gin Francisco y Villorente, 26 years old, born on August 31, 1993, male,
single, Supervisor of Bless Micro Finance Corporation and resident of
Brgy Sibalew, Libacao, Aklan appeared before this office and reported that
on or about 5:40 in the afternoon of same date, while he together with
Anthony P. Davao were collecting the remaining balance of Ann Blythe
Sual’s debt at the latter’s house located at Brgy Nagustan, Nabas, Aklan,
he was suddenly chased by the suspect/ Ann Blythe Sual’s husband
identified as Reynante Sual with a steel tube pipe prompting him to run to
evade being harm. Said incident caused fear on the part of the victim.

put into records alleging that at about 08:00 in the morning of October 10,
2019, her 4P’S Landbank ATM Card was lost and believed to be fell off

Vicente Bubuli y Funtavilla, male, married, 57 years old born on May 8,
1962, , Officer In- Charge of ARMSS Security Agency together with Ariel
Alcovindas y Dumdum, male, single, 32 years old born on September 3,
1987, Asst. Admin Officer of Cavdeal Construction, Cp # 09052458573,
both residing in Brgy. Union, Nabas, Aklan, appeared at this Municipal
Police Station reported alleging that at about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of
February 3, 2020, while SG. Angelito S Pelayo was on the actual
performance of his official duty detailed at Cavdeal Construction, he
conducted inspection on the bag of Cel Gregorio, male, legal age,
resident of Brgy. Union Nabas, Aklan, Mason Carpenter under Cavdeal
Construction then the former discovered inside the bag of the latter the
following items to wit: three (3) pieces of Hinges/bisagra, fifteen (15)
pieces of Screw believed to be taken by him without consent from the
management of Cavdeal Construction. Case refers to barangay justice

Released of Motorcycle in Custody: At about 9:30 in the morning of
February 5, 2020, LUCY ARANAS y TORIANO, female, widow, 71 years
old, born on July 28, 1948, a resident of Brgy Buwang, Pandan, Antique
with OSCA ID with Control Nr. 353 appeared in this office and furnished
this office a copy of C.R and O.R issued by the LTO Region 6 for the
Vehicle 3 describes as YAMAHA SNIPER 150 MX, C.R nr 37068439-2
dated 11-12-2019, O.R nr 11773300491 dated 11/12/2019, Engine nr.
G3E6E-0482787 registered to Driver 3. Further the mother of Driver 3
Lucy Aranas furnished this office a copy of Agreement dated February 4
2020 subscribed and sworn to Atty Gloria Masangcay. That after the
verification of ownership of the Vehicle 3, This office properly turned-over
the Vehicle 3 to mother of Driver 3 Lucy Aranas one unit Motorcycle
(Vehicle 3) with damaged that incurred during the said vehicular incident.

and monitoring of Illegal Gambling Activities and Wanted Person in the
AOR.
2020-01-7611 For Record: At about 07:30 o’clock in the morning of February 6, 2020,
one Hercy Recojero y Solidum, female, married, 36 years old born on
November 16, 1983, resident of Poblacion, Ibajay, Aklan appeared
personally in this office and request to put into records alleging that at
about 06:45 o’clock in the morning of same date while the reporting person
was about to open her fruit stand covered by tarpaulin (tarapal) situated at
Brgy. Poblacion, Nabas, Aklan, she noticed that the cover of her fruit stand
has a little burned part. Further alleged that her fruit stand adjacent inform
her that at about 4:30 o’clock in the morning of same date while sleeping,
he woke up by two (2) unidentified female shouting to quote “sunog” and
he immediately extinguish the fire.

Alleged Threat: At about 9:40 o’clock in the evening of January 1, 2020,
one Floven Laurencio y Parang, male, single, 25 years old born on June
19, 1994, resident of Brgy. Buenavista Nabas, Aklan personally appeared
before this office to put into records alleging that about 9:40 o’clock in the
evening of same date while the victim on his way going home after
charging his mobile phone at Rio’s Inducta store near from their home, he
saw certain Justine Martirez, male, legal age, resident of said Brgy.
running an shouting seeking for help to “quote” Tabang ginalagas ako” But
the person chased certain certain attacked the victim alleged stabbed
three (3) times using knife (Balisong) but the victim was able to escaped.
And later the suspect identified as Vegie Binobo, male, single, 27 years
old born on May 28, 1992, resident of Brgy. Buenavista, Nabas, Aklan.
Said incident caused fear and anxiety on the herein victim. Case refers to

Alleged Maliscious Mischief: At about 10:45 o’clock in the evening of
January 1, 2020, Vegie Binobo, male, single, 27 years old born on May 28,
1992, resident of Brgy. Buenavista, Nabas, Aklan personally appeared
before this office to put into records alleging that at about 9:35 o’clock in
the evening of same date while the victim parked his motorcycle, mio
scooter, color orange, outside the store of certain Rio’s Inducta store to but
some foods and and drinks situated at said Brgy. certain Justine Martirez,
male, legal age, resident of Brgy. Buenavista, Nabas, Aklan approached
and pushed the said motorcycle which resulted to fell down and as a result
motorcycle incurred damages with unestimated amount as of this report.
Victim try to confront the victim but he run and shouting “Tabang” and flee.

Assault Upon Agent of Person in Authority): At about 9:30 in the evening of
February 2, 2020, our Municipal Police Station received call coming from a
concerned citizen informing that there was a person creating public disturbance
at Brgy. Gibon, Nabas, Aklan. Immediately elements from this office to wit: PSSG
Lowell T Torda, Pcpl Jeffry Dela Cruz, Pat Melchor Salcedo and Pat Jerick Dela
Justa responded to verify the report and to conduct investigation. Upon arrival

introduced themselves as Police Officers and told the accuse to throw the
handgun from his hand and drop himself on the ground. However; the latter
instead of obeying our lawful order, he suddenly run towards Pcpl Jeffry Dela
Cruz and pushed that would lose his balance and further attempted to attack Pcpl
Jeffry Dela Cruz with a fist blow. That Pcpl Melchor Salcedo and Pat Jerick Dela
Justa suddenly came and they were able to wrest Jaypee until they gain for the
possession of the said gun and it was then discovered that the said gun is a mere
toy gun. And that, he was then informed of his constitutional rights under Miranda
