1. Profile
Nasser is an experienced IT professional in the areas of operations, management, planning,
training, and consulting. With an established track record spanning more than twenty years,
Nasser’s engagements have spanned recognized international and regional organizations.

In addition to his current consulting and training assignments, Nasser has been invited as a
speaker at numerous events. He has also been instrumental in the establishment of several
companies in Lebanon and the UAE over the past five years. With a particular focus on
education, he has also developed ITSM programs for various governmental and private
organizations in the UAE.

Nasser also delivers training and consulting services for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) IT
Service Management, ISO 20000, and CobiT, as well as other business related programs. Nasser
is an accredited instructor for ITIL Foundation and Intermediate courses as well as CobIT and
has delivered these courses throughout the region. Some of his most recent clients include:
NBAD, GASCO, HCT, ACT (Lebanon), UAE Academy, and ACCESS Bank (Nigeria).
