DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF AN UNREGISTERED LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

FATIMA JINNA C. BUTALID, Filipino, single, of legal age and a resi-

dent and post-office address at San Juan, Siquijor, Province of Negros Oriental,
hereinafter called the VENDOR;

AILEEN B. SIGLOS, Filipino, of legal age, with residence and post office ad-
dress at Capitol Area, Daro, Dumaguete City, hereinafter called the VENDEE,

WITNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner of a certain parcel of Unregistered

of land with all the improvements found thereon, situated in the City of Dumaguete,
and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

LOT NO. 459-a

“A parcel of land known as LOT NO. 459-a, ARP 99-12-025-00114, bounded

on the North by Lot no. 459-B; on the West by Lot No. 459-C; on the South by Lot
no. 459-D and on the East by Lot No. 459-F; containing an area of TWO HUN-
DRED (200) square meters more or less.”

That the VENDOR, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND (200,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to her in hand paid and
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, her heirs and assigns, the above-described prop-
erty with all the improvements found thereon, free from liens and encumbrances;

That the Vendors hereby warrant the peaceful possession and enjoyment of
the property by the Vendee.
That the aforementioned lot is not covered under the Agrarian Reform Laws;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures

this 3rd day of February 2018 at Dumaguete City, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, this 3rd day of February 2018, in the City of Dumaguete, Prov-
ince of Negros Oriental, personally appeared FATIMA JINNA C. BUTALID, with
Residence Certificate No. 23327052 issued at Siquijor, Squijor, on January 4, 2018
and AILEEN B. SIGLOS with Residence Certificate No. 23630668 issued at
Dumaguete City on January 14, 2018, respectively, known to me and to me known
to be the same person who executed the foregoing instrument which they acknowl-
edged to me as their free and voluntary act and deed.

This instrument consists of two (2) pages where this acknowledgment is writ-
ten, and signed by the vendor and her instrumental witnesses at the lower portion of
this page.
