I, PABLO ESCOBAR, 65 years old, married, residing at 212 Jones

Street, Cebu City, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do
hereby depose and state:

That Atty. Raffy Tulfo is the counsel who conducted and supervised
my examination as a witness at his office at Door 12, Yaokasin Bldg. Rizal
Ave. Street, Cebu City, Philippines;

That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do so

under oath and that I may be criminally liable for false testimony or perjury;

PURPOSE: This affidavit / testimony of witness, PABLO ESCOBAR, is

being offered to prove that the Petitioner is in a sexual relationship with him.

Q1: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth?
A1: Yes, sir.

Q2: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.
A2: I am Pablo Escobar, 65 years of age, married and reside in Cebu City.
I am a senator.

Q3: Do you personally know the petitioner?

A3: Yes, sir.

Q4: What is your relation to the petitioner?

A4: We are in a relationship and we regularly have carnal knowledge.

Q5: When did this relationship begin?

A5: I cannot remember but we met before she got married to the respondent.
She likes me very much because I always give her allowance and the
latest model of the iPhone.

Q6: Is this relationship still existing?

A5: Very much. We never had a breakup.

Q7: Do you still meet each other?

A7: Yes. She sleeps at my house every Monday.

Q8: Do you have anything else to say, Mr. Escobar?

A8: No more, sir
