Renovation of Ritz Carlton hotel of Doha
In this project my company was the main interior
and fit out contractor and joinery supplier
Position: project manager
My Role:
• Managing the formulation of shop drawing, details
and coordination drawing according to the approved
design.
• Managing the approvals of all project documents such
as drawings, material submittals, authorizations and
project programs.
• Managing the execution on-site and ensure that
everything is going according to specifications, budget
and authorization roles.
• Deal with subcontractors and review their contracts
to ensure that it matches the quality standards of the
project.
• Coordinate with professionals on the project such as
architect, MEP, civil and the consultant to ensure
• non-confliction between all processes and to avoid
any Lack of coordination problems.
• Monitor the cash flow of the project to ensure it is
going as the project’s financial program.
• Arrange reports and updated progress in relation to
the execution, technical issues and financial situation
of the project.
• Deal with governmental authorities and take the
proper actions to ensure the project runs legally in all
stages.
• Manage the inspections processes and ensure that to
be done according to the project program.
• Ensure the work on-site running according to safety
rules.
• Ensure the project done on time and according to the
highest quality specifications.
• Manage and monitor the availability of the material
on-site on and ensure that matches the highest quality
standards.

consultant of this project in relation to interior
design and fit-out works.
Position: Consultant engineer
My Role:

 Residential Projects
During my career, I was responsible for
creating designs and managing many
residential projects, which varied from
apartments to big palaces.
I was lucky as I managed many big palaces
for the royal families (his highness).
I was responsible for these projects through
their different stages, starting from design,
execution, and handing over all related
documents.
Joinery work & furniture
Wooden fabrication and formation are of my
most beloved things to me. I had my own
workshop since the very early beginning as
an interior designer. In addition to that, I was
responsible for product quality control in my
previous company since they own a factory for
joinery, decorative wooden cladding, doors
and furniture. Furthermore, in many projects I
managed our team with regard to fabrication
details, design concepts and workshop
drawings.

My achievements
Qatar chamber of commerce extension:
Constructing and finishing two upper floors with all interior design, fit out and furniture.
Awqaf ministry:
Renovation of main iterance and 11, 12, 14 and 15th floors with all designs, decorations and wooden works.
Supreme judiciary council:
Full fit out works, furniture and decoration of the entrance and minster area (design and build).
Qatar national bank renovation of c ring road branch:
Full refurbishment of the 3 floors branch and furniture fixation.
The renovation of Rites Carleton of Doha:
Full renovation of the hotel with all decorations and joinery works.
Ritaj Arrayan interior design:
Design and supervision of the full interior decoration and furniture of the hotel.
