Dear Mr. Miyakoshi:

We are pleased to officially turn over the core samples taken from the Geotechnical
Investigation for the Detailed Design Study (Including Supplementary F/S) of the
Malolos-Clark Railway Project and North South Railway Project-South Line (Commuter)
of South Section.

The samples will be delivered to Building N 7454 located at J. Topacio St., Clark Civil
Aviation Complex, Clark Freeport, Pampanga on February 05 and February 07, 2019.

Attached in this letter is the Inventory of Samples for South Section of the core samples
to be turned over and the Explanation for Some Missing Samples.
