    SPECIFICATION FOR DOUBLE HEADED FIRE HYDRANT VALVE.

    63 mm Double Headed with Double outlet Hydrant Valve As per IS:5290, Type-B, with
    ISI Mark as following details.

    S. No. Description
    1 Material of Construction LTB-2.
    2 Spindle of Valve is As per IS: 319.
    3 Flange size: OD 220 mm and PCD 180 mm.
    4 Inlet size of Valve is 100 mm.
    5 Nos. of Hole in Flange is 08 Nos. and size is 19.05 mm.
    6 Lugs Assembly is Pullout Type.
    7 Both outlet are fixed with instantaneous Female coupling with blank caps.
    8 Water tightness test for the Valve:-
    A Hydrostatic Pressure of 14 Kg. F/cm² shall then be applied to each Valve on its
    inlet side.
    9 Hydrostatic Pressure Test:-
    Complete Valve assembled unit shall be Hydro tested up to 21 Kg./cm².
