LEONCHO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident
of Pob, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact to
do and execute the following acts in my name on my behalf to wit:

1. To process my application for business permit and

registration of my business MAISETEL from the Municipal
Government of PBureau of Internal Revenue, and other
concerned government agencies;

2. To transact, follow-up, and sign all papers regarding said registration;

3. To sign any document in my behalf, in connection hereto;

3. To do all acts necessary to be done.
