A pleasant day.

I am MARU D. AMORES, a regular Nurse 1 employee, working in the City Government of Makati
under the Department of Ospital ng Makati for 17 years now. I am married with three (3) children
and residing at 346-A Chico St., Cembo, Makati City.

My family is residing in Cembo, Makati City since 1998 however, the owner of the house we rent
plans to renovate the house and keep on telling us to look for another. Renting a new house will
entail us a big part from my salary as a Nurse 1 only.

Relative to this, I would like to humbly ask for your assistance if you could help my family avail
the utilization of the Pabahay in Makati Homes II in Rizal, Makati City. Aside from its proximity in
Ospital Ng Makati, the cost of its rent is economically practical and very helpful to a government
employee like me who have limited resources only.

I hope and pray that you will consider my request worth favorable.
