PRESIDENT MAMERTO JACINTO Jr. Co. Inc. 3F LAUREMAR BLDG., 1458 NEWTON ST., SAN ISIDRO, MAKATI CITY
Dear Mr. Jacinto,
Good day! May the good Lord continue to bless and protect your family. With all due respect to you and the entire Jacinto clan, I would like to reiterate my request in my letter dated June __ , 2023 that I may be allowed to upload the shares I inherited from my deceased wife Nieves J. Favis. It may be recalled that in the Extrajudicial settlement of Estate that we executed sometime in October 2023, I succeeded to my ex- wife’s shares of stock to the extent of 70% of her total common stocks of 520,000 shares. At book value indicated at that time of Php13.14@share, this is worth some Php4,782,960. In view of the fact that I have neither received any invitation to attend any corporate meeting of stockholders and directors, nor received any dividends or fees from the Board, I am just humbly offering to upload my shares to the company or anyone in the family who may be interested. This will avoid the hassles of any possible intra corporate dispute in the future that may arise from miscommunication. My request also includes an intent to upload my interest, shares and participation in the three (3) units in which I represent 70% of my wife’s 50% holdings, namely: 1. Unit #10, 11th floor of the La Vie Condominium; 2. One Central Park (CCT # 006-2015002036), and 3. Mosaic (CCT # 006-2018002563). I believe that this request will address your problem on how to handle an outsider member in the company management. On my end, my fervent wish is just to have a simple and comfortable retirement life where I can spend my remaining years befitting to my status. I would greatly appreciate your favorable response to this humble proposal. Thank you. Respectfully yours,
