I have a background in the Food industry with proven interpersonal and communication skills. I excel at
working in a fast-paced team environment as well as working independently. Due to my extensive
experience in the Food industry I implement skills relating to OH&S regulations. My best feature and
selling point is my positive attitude in any working environment which always improves the workplace.

I was headhunted again for the opening position to start up the company where under my
management we sold 2 tons of mushrooms per week. Duties include rostering, managing, picking
mushrooms, recruiting, firing, training new employees, customer relations.

I was headhunted from Hinterland Mushrooms to supervise approximately 140 pickers, promote
fast, quality picking and a healthier environment. My duties included educating the trainers,
administrative duties, final say on the picking of the room, rostering of over 100 pickers per day,
continuous OH&S regulation checking. Resolving multicultural differences because the farm had
lots of workers belonging to different ethnicities.
