Steve Jobs biography “ The Rise of Apple Inc. indeed a very inspiring movie with a
contemplation of reality, visualization of something indifferent, whose decisions in life
are far from the knowledge behind the people around him. His vision about what he
wants to pursue from the very start was limitless. He goes beyond the limit without any
hesitation and worries, for him it was alright to do something or to give something up,
yet in return the result of being an advance were all pretty good. Since from the
beginning, from the passion over a fuse and lots of wires which turn into Board made
Steve and his friend more adventurous and their passion and outlook in the future
pushed them away to start something indifferent.

Steve’s compassion in life was in accordance of his own will and dealings, Steve
himself has own disposition, he has his own rules which others didn’t understand and in
that way he and many among of his friends or colleagues didn’t meet between the line.
But Steve was very brilliant and excellent when it comes to innovation and positivism,
he doesn’t want any negativity in creating something new. He believes that he can take
out another thing from something, following his heart made him satisfied at everything
he made.

The entire movie was full of ups and downs. “Rise of Steve, fall of Steve, rise of Apple,
fall of Apple” and repeats. From the BOARD to Macintosh to Next until iMac. The movie
portrays different kind of personality, from the personality of being greedy and desirous
of John Sculley, made Steve more exemplary genius in many ways. Although, he
disappeared in his limelight, another breakthrough has been back to his senses after
several years. Again, as his own perception in life, he is not that after from any valuable
things in the Apple Company, all he wanted was innovation and to create limitless.

In summary, the movie depicts the roller coaster ride real scenario of having trials and
success in terms of career and life.

Steve Jobs Traits, motives and characteristics of leaders:

Steve jobs traits are lazy, prideful, very intelligent, arrogant, straight to the point and
very innovative while his motive is clearly put the personal computer in his mind on the
edge of new era which is computerized age.

Jobs leadership style is arrogant has clear vision and passionate because despite with
all the failures he encountered while working with mac computer he still believed in his
ability to make things right

PROBLEM:

Steve Jobs was indeed an extremely genius, extreme and wide visionary type of a
person. Steve’s compassion in life was in accordance of his own will and dealings,
Steve himself has own disposition, he has his own rules which others didn’t understand
and in that way he and many among of his friends or colleagues didn’t meet between
the line. Although his motive in creating something new was quietly fresh and idealistic,
some of his friends and business partners didn’t see it as possible and profitable. At
first, he was always ending up that he has only have the courage to do impossible
things that the others did not. Another thing about the movie’s problem was that, when
he was executing what he wants as a result in his project, he reprimanding his
employees, there comes a situation that he fired a brilliant and important employee
within his work-organization. If he doesn’t want the plan or the process, he directly
confronts the concern person without any hesitation. He was harsh, demanding and
very impatient. Situations came and became difficult for Steve and Apple Inc. Board of
Directors removed him at major responsibilities and made him powerless, that’s why he
left the company.
It is very difficult to let go of what you have used to do most especially if this turns for
you as a passion. So much pain and it was really hard for him on whom he cannot see
anything fruitful from his sacrifices and innovation projects, wherein Steve have invested
so much time, effort, knowledge and even have invested and loss his friends while
doing what he knows the best for his vision into changing the world. People were born
indifferent, with different perception, values, behaviors, traits and somehow others were
born to be as a leader, that is why conflict of interest began to happen if the
collaboration in one company didn’t meet their own lines. There are different types of
leaders and Steve was probably an ethical leader whom never agree on such thing that
would made a negative impact most specifically in his directives in Apple. For him, when
he is taking the biggest risk for the company, it is such in the guide of the process,
which others cannot resist. There is misunderstanding between meeting the lines, most
especially the Board of Directors perceives that Steve was just only playing, without
knowing that he has an exemplary imagination which others haven’t and didn’t resist.

ALTERNATIVE COURSE OF ACTION:

But Steve was very brilliant and excellent when it comes to innovation and positivism,
he doesn’t want any negativity in creating something new. He believes that he can take
out another thing from something, following his heart made him satisfied at everything
he made. He just want the best out of something. From hiring of employees, potential
colleagues, with regards to the employees process and end results, those who did not
perform well, he questioned and see to it that there is something wrong. He has a very
high standards, because all he wanted was to change the world and make something
unusual. Steve’s way of leading and managing people directly putting his crazy works
into an excellent project. That is why, we cannot questioned his way or the process of
managing things. Although he has certainly his cruel side, but the main thing as a result
always ended up in an extreme excellent project. People are just people. People
portrays different traits, different motives and apparently coming up with the same
result. Just like what Steve and Apple’s Board of Directors portrayed. Certainly, in the
case of Steve, he has directed with straight and good motive, but contrary with that was
the BOD’s motive which he cannot take it personally. He has his own perceptions, what
he thinks was right was ultimately right at the end of the day. During his down falls
situation, he seems to courageous leader and he is always thinking of a means on how
to perish his failures. By building and establishing another group of low key but an
ultimate reliable people. He is always finding a ways on how to resolve one project.
Steve was indeed became a best teacher and best marketer too. He has his on ways
from convincing people whom who are not capable in doing things. He was setting the
lines between the newly hired employees that the goal they were about to reach was
only one. The directions itself was only one. Through this, many among his colleagues
made himself as a remarkable leader, although it seems sometime there was his rough
side, but I think it was normal, it was quietly cool, because no Apple project would
possibly built without this Steve, with a very high risky man by nature.

By the time of betrayal in Apple Inc. company, when he left the company, was very
difficult for him. He got back when he started and luckily, he went back to his family and
became a man for his own. He set his leadership act into a father of two kiddos whom
he never realized that he had this beautiful family. He lived in a simple life back then
and had enjoyed the simple living with love and compassion at home. Moving forward
with is “changing the world” life, another man has come into him and pushing back
again to the Apple Inc. Leading his way back into the company, he had realizes so
much things. Again, what he believes or what rules he was set were the only things he
was directed. Pulling back his senses, about his past arrangement in company, he
began to set Apple from the way he used to be. He was dedicated and directed to
change the world he already built back then. He removes all the people whom he didn’t
trusted and that was for him was right because he believes that when one thing was
shared by the negative people with a negative motive won’t be an efficient and effective
leader. He believed that in order to change the world, there must be a great proforma
for changes and no more obstacles. His visionary mind always directed him to change
the world.
RECOMMENDATION AND CONCLUSION:

I think Steve Jobs is an ethical leader. By doing his excellent and unbelievable brilliant
imaginations into an ultimate outcome. His assumptions in life built an amazing designs
and innovative Apple products, who he knows that will got to change the world in terms
of technological matter. He has made the Apple Brand in the most competitive brand
technology in the global business. If he didn’t execute the way he wants and used to do
during his brilliant times, Apple will not this toughest brand among technologies risen up
nowadays. He set the world and our technology advancement in the toughest rank.

The fearless outlook means he has in pushing his company made him an extra ordinary
leader at all times. From pushing everyone’s limit into the edge, from the selection of
potential capabilities that his employees had which others cannot see, make me believe
that there is something in his virtue was very unique. He had and extreme points which
a good leader has ought to have.
