The Impacts of The Four Managerial Traits Displayed by Steve Jobs.

The impacts of the four managerial traits displayed by Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs has a very
demanding style and expects things to move forward in a positive way every day. The impact
of the style applied by him is that employees who work with him often feel pressured by the
demands and expectations of Steve Jobs, and it can result in an unfavorable relationship
between Steve Jobs and employees.

The style that Steve Jobs then carries out is that he likes to make his own decisions without
considering other people's considerations. Even though the idea is flawed. This can lead to
disappointment felt by employees and employees feel lazy to give ideas because Steve Jobs
likes to go around on his own. And it can cause a dissonance between employees and
superiors.

Steve Jobs also wanted regular, detailed engagement with many key functions throughout
Apple Inc, including the marketing team. This shows that Steve Jobs must be involved in all
aspects related to the company. Then this can lead to a lack of independence from the
employees because everything is based on directions from Steve Jobs.

Then Steve Jobs is an autocratic leader. This results in social disparities between him and
employees. Employees cannot work with a good team and subordinates cannot participate in
making decisions. And employees must be willing to obey all of Steve Jobs' duties even
though it's bad for the institution. And this can make employees depressed and difficult to
develop creativity, while Steve Jobs wanted Apple Inc. become an organization with a
workplace that optimizes the potential for creativity ..
