 Drafting letters and maintaining personnel’s personal files.

 Communication with literate and illiterate employees and solve their day to
day quarries and problems.
 Maintaining the leave / absent record of the whole strength (600
employees)
 Collect the all Office Orders which shows the actions to be taken about the
leave /absentee/posting /hospital admission/promotions on the pay card of
the individual as well as action on the pay system AS400 (AFMS).
 Pay fixation on promotion in the light of Government pay scales.
 Maintain the record of over time of Log, Technical Staff & Drivers and
prepare the over time in the light of Government rules.
 Maintain the record of Provident fund of employees and also update the
schedules of fund to Fund section.
 Preparing employee Enrollment / Termination / Retirement letters and
sending personal documents and files for final settlement to Deputy
Controller of Accounts Air Force (DCAAF).
 Preparing Transfer allowance and daily allowance TA/DA on posting /
course / retirement.
 Co ordinate with LAO (Local Audit Office) for raising observation Memos
OMs, conversions of OMs into Objections, settlement of Objections,
correspondence with Deputy Controller Local Audit (DCLA) and CLA.
