CHAPTER IV

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

This chapter presents the finding of the study. The purpose of the study was to determine

the factors affecting the teacher’s productivity of Talamban National High School in the

year 2016-2017.

The table 4.1 shows the result gathered by the researchers upon conducting the

survey. The result shows the cooperation of the teachers rating with the used of the

following variables: Teaching skills, RPMS and Teachers Attendance in which majority

of the teachers of Talamban National High School were capable to rate according to their

perception among themselves. The results show the number of ratings from questions 1-

8. The sampling method that researchers use is Random Sampling. The data implies how

teachers of Talamban National High School were able to rate themselves following the

questionnaire given, stating the variables regarding the factors affecting their

productivity.
