1. Valet parking is offered by SHERATON for the convenience of the Client only for the duration
of his checked-in and/or staying at “The Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel.”
Valet parking is
offered by The Valet for the convenience of the Client and for the duration/period of
reservation. The Client will pay valet parking directly to the cashier. For check in clients, hotel
will issue Complimentary stab for validation. Reservations must be cancelled no later than
72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
2. SHERATON assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY or LIABILITY for any and all property left in
the vehicle. The Valet holds liability insurance, but shall not be responsible for damage to
Client’s vehicle, whether or not such damage is caused by other vehicle(s) or person(s) in the
parking lot and surrounding area.
The Valet shall not be responsible for damage or loss to
possessions or items left in the Client’s vehicle.
3. The Valet, reserves the right to issue refunds at its own discretion contingent upon natural
disaster, reasonable notice, circumstances out of the Client's control. Items Left in Vehicle.
4. The Valet provides parking lot attendants, also referred to as valets, to park vehicles. Use of
such attendants by The Valet to park or drive Client’s vehicle shall be at the sole risk of
Client.
Client agrees to assume responsibility for the risk of property damage while Client’s
vehicle is parked on the property provided by the client and/or parked by The Valet’s
drivers.
