4.1 ACTIVITY 1. Review the previous lesson.
2. Show again the documentary about Amelia Earhart and let them watch the
whole video.
3. Focus particularly on the topic that the documentary highlighted.
4.2 ANALYSIS  Tell the class that they are about to complete the first step in writing a research
report which is selecting and limiting a topic.
 Divide the class into 5 groups. Present the graphic organizer found in the LM
and tell them that they need to fill it out with the information required.
4.3.ABSTRACTION  Discuss first on how to select and limit a research topic.
