Risk identification is a process for identifying and recording potential project risks that can
affect the project delivery. This step is crucial for efficient risk management throughout the
project. The outputs of the risk identification are used as an input for risk analysis, and they
reduce a project manager's uncertainty. It's an iterative process, meaning it goes through
phases or steps, that needs to be continuously repeated throughout the duration of a project.
The process needs to be rigorous to make sure that all possible risks are identified.
1. Creating a systematic process: The risk identification process should begin with project
objectives and success factors.
2. Gathering information from various sources: Reliable and high-quality information is
essential for effective risk management.
3. Applying risk identification tools and techniques: The choice of the best suitable
techniques will depend on the types of risks and activities, as well as organizational
maturity.

The morale of the project team depends on the team's enthusiasm and willingness to work on the project. To this
end, the project manager must take effective measures to motivate the members' enthusiasm for work and further
development, and create a trust, harmonious and healthy working atmosphere for each member. Know that if the
project is successful, everyone is a winner, and the personal value is realized, otherwise it is a lose-lose, and no one is
smarter and more combative than the team. Encourage members to coordinate with each other, help each other,
express their ideas openly and honestly, and provide feedback to help themselves and their team members grow with

Dear HR manager:
Irene: Due to the lack of practical experience, I don’t know much about management work, and I don’t know much
about it. In order to adapt to the environment more quickly and work better, he pays special attention to
strengthening the study of professional knowledge, adheres to the idea of “learning from colleagues and learning
from books”, and constantly improves the level of business to make up for the lack of experience and experience of his
professional knowledge structure. Short and short. "Threesome, there must be my teacher." Everyone in the company
and my colleagues are my teachers. Their rich experience is a valuable asset and a source of continuous learning. To
this end, I actively consult with colleagues, colleagues and predecessors, humbly absorb their valuable experience,
and use their work ideas, words and deeds, work procedures and working methods as examples to standardize and
correct their own methods and ideas. On the other hand, through the systematic study of enterprise human resources
development and management, private enterprise party management practices and other business knowledge, we
strive to master the work related to the enterprise main bridge project, familiar with the work process.
Jason: This practical experience made me discover the gap between theory and practice: I just eagerly set foot on the
society, I am eager to swallow the mountains and rivers, because the knowledge I usually learn can finally come in
handy. But later, I found out that in fact, I only looked at basic theories, and I still have no development potential and
I have not accepted them. Because the speed of knowledge aging is faster and more complicated to accelerate the
change of the external environment of the enterprise, it is the best combination of theory and practice to continue
learning in the society. The college classrooms are all theoretical knowledge, and the analysis of many cases is not
true enough. And it will lose its practical significance. In the work of human resources management work, if many
programs use the theoretical knowledge of the university to do it, they will not be implemented in the end, and even
will be completely negated.

Ruru: We must earnestly study business knowledge and strive for success in our work. To be a qualified corporate
management employee, the first and foremost condition is to become the backbone of the business. For me, the first
task is to learn and master business knowledge, always a positive working attitude, a high sense of responsibility and
a spirit of eagerness to invest in the work; to strengthen business knowledge and learning, while being practical Do
your job well, guard against arrogance and arrogance, and strive to make outstanding achievements in your own
jobs.
We must develop our strengths and avoid weaknesses and constantly improve ourselves. To understand yourself
correctly, we must not only carry forward our own advantages, but also objectively face our own shortcomings, and
further focus on exercising our own resilience, coordination, organizational and creative abilities. Aggressive.
The company's every move is intimately linked to each of its stakeholders, carefully managing the company's
operating environment, including managing relationships with all stakeholders, is an important part of good
business management. It is said that the value of successful management of stakeholder relationships is significant.
Can be polished, the most basic assumption of this management model is that the ultimate goal of company
decision-making is to achieve market success.

How well did the project team do in achieving and meeting project objectives, deliverables and within budget?
Project management is a very complex work, which requires a strong ability of resource coordination and global
control.
We have done a good job, which means our market research is very successful.
How well did the project team communicate?
The forms of communication in the project are varied and are usually divided into written and oral forms. Written
communication is generally used in the following situations: internal memos used in the project team, or methods of
reporting to customers and non-company members, such as formal project reports, annual reports, informal
personal records, and postals. Most of the written communication is used for notifications, confirmations, and
requests. It is generally as simple as possible to describe things, so as not to increase the burden and form. Oral
communication includes meetings, reviews, personal contacts, free discussions, and more.
How well did the project team do at identifying and managing variances?
What are the top three lessons that could be applied to future projects?
1 Manage risk, based on facts rather than feelings
In addition to real risks, there are many projects that are plagued by “imagined risks”. In other words, many risks are
not unsolvable, but we believe that we cannot solve them.
2 Manage customers, more communication, less guessing
Decision makers usually come from the top of the client, sometimes the person who contributed, they have ideas
and have the right to speak, but their special status determines that they are generally very busy, not the one we
directly docked in the project.
3 Manage goals, continually validate and enforce goal consistency
But the reality is that every time someone asks whether the team has a goal, or throws a wrong perception of the
goal, and even thinks that the team can't reach the goal.
