Hospitality Committee Accomplishment Report

January 2020

These are the accomplishment of the Hospitality Committee for

these week, the members of the committee is inquiring for the food and
snacks, and the accommodation. Furthermore, it includes the giveaways
and tokens.

Food and Snacks

 Canvassed a catering service for the lunch of the guest
speaker, employer, faculty, and for the event
organizers.
 Canvassed for snack for the participants.
 Coordinate the students of the Restaurant Service to do
the snacks of the guest speaker and employer.

Accommodation
 Inquiring for accommodation for guest speaker if
he/she arrive early and want to rest.

Giveaways and tokens

 Canvassed a giveaways for the participants.
 Canvassed a token for the employers and plaque for
the guest speaker.
