personally came to PAO Toledo City District Office today as regards his
legal problem. As per interview with the client, it was found out that
he is NOT qualified to avail of the services of the Office as his Net
Income is P15,000.00 or above the limit prescribed by law, office rules
and regulations for him to qualify as an indigent client of the PAO.
