company and do so respectfully with sincere intent as an independent buyer/seller
Primary Agent. My proposal is to conduct business on behalf of an undisclosed principal
end buyer using UCP600 Bank issued Letter of Credit Rules, Incoterms 2000 Rules of
Delivery. We understand that any price quote given may change in the future due to
market fluctuation and we will request a price update before submitting any purchase
offer. If accepted a full offer to purchase will be advised.
