chambers in the city of Kolkata & the East of India, which regularly engages with key Policy
Makers and lndustry Captains from all across the country and abroad with the objective to
connect lndian businesses with their global counterparts and act as a catalyst in lndia's progress.
 
You will be happy to know that the Chamber is organising the “MCCI Bengal Agri Food &
Allied Exporters’ Forum 2019” on 15th of November, 2019 at Lalit Great Eastern,
Kolkata. The Forum is being organised with the objective of bringing prominent Policy Makers
& Industry Captains together for facilitating meaningful discussions & deliberations about
development of exports of Agri Food & Allied products from Bengal. The current status,
constraints & opportunities related to the export business of Agri Food & Allied sector, issues
relating to the stringent production norms of the importing nations, backward integration of
perishable products, awareness related to unregulated input(chemicals)usage at the farm level,
post harvest management, Logistic constraints affecting export, transfer of technology from Lab
to land, issues relating to certification for the export, policies, initiatives & schemes for the export
business of Agri Food & Allied sector – are some key issues for discussion at the Forum.
 
In this context, we feel privileged to invite you as a delegate to this prestigious Forum “MCCI
Bengal Agri Food & Allied Exporters’ Forum 2019” on 15 th November 2019 at Lalit Great
Eastern.
