COURSE OBJECTIVE

The objective of the course is to help students to develop an understanding of the fundamentals of
water supply and sanitary engineering - students will learn about sources of water, water treatment,
waste water treatment, solid waste management, etc.

COURSE OUTCOME

An understanding of demand, consumption, sources, treatment and distribution of water. Awareness

about treatment and disposal of wastewater, and solid-waste management.
