QUESTIONS

1. Why do you want to become a tutor?

I love teaching

2. How do you conduct your tuition classes?

First understand student’s level. For me there are 3 level students

(good medium and weak) conduct class accordingly and have to

straight to point exercise must be exam orientated

3. What do you think makes a good tutor?

Teacher must n have to be patience and make sure the students

comfort with me than only they can asked questions without any

hesitations.

4. How do you handle difficult students? (noisy, disturb other students, no manners)
I don’t know how to answer. But its how the teacher handling class

must be sporting, attract and try to all the students focus on my

class.

5. How do you handle weak students?

After teaching lesson normally I will stand beside make sure they

understand and will more focus.

6. Describe the meaning of creative teaching.
For me students come for tuition center clear picture and to score

in exam so as teacher I won’t give same impression as school

teacher want to be creative in teaching method.

7. What do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Want to BE as Always Good Teacher

9. Have you ever taught by an excellent TUTOR or TEACHER before? Describe his/her way
of conducting the class.
My Tuition Sir Mr Thinagaran Chelliah ( Etan Tuition Center). He is

my best role model ever. All my achieve my teaching career its

goes to him. I am PMR (percubaan) Maths fail (15 marks) after I join

him PMR I get A. he know I m weak asked me stay back n finish

everyday one model in 1 hour. And will check time to time. Always

love him.

10. What do you think is a good employer?

Give me a chance to show my teaching skills and I like if
These centres manage well and not only money oriented focus on
student’s improvements.
