AC Rotor Profile

Material:
AC air-end material are cast alloy iron & carbon steel.
Air-end shell and cover are nodular cast iron
Rotor are #45 are carbon steel.

The air-end is the most complex part of the screw compressor. It bears
the pressure and should has enough strength and stiffness.
Shaft seal adopts imported components to prevent oil leakage, with
minimal friction and durability.
Other brands of the air-end are using ordinary carbon steel which service
life is short.

Cooling System
▪ Air cooling system made of an efficient finned aluminum cooler
and an independent big fan can be applicable to the ambient
temperature up to 46℃
− The cooler is separated from the fan and will not be
impacted by fan vibration so as to reduce the leakage risk
− The cooler is separated from the fan for easy cleaning

▪ Water cooling system


− A straight tube cooler is adopted. The cooling water flows
in tube pass and the lubrication oil flows in shell pass.
− The water channel is a straight copper tube which not only
ensures the heat exchange efficiency, but also can be
easily maintained and cleaned
Air Filtering System
▪ The pre-filter net filters out most of large dust
particles to ensure inside of compressor clean
