Term & Condition:

1 After getting the work order 10 days time should be allocated for the material in-house and mobilization.
2 Quoted rate will be valid one month (30 Days) from the date of submission.
After starting of the work delaying more the two (02) days due to the interest of client will be subjected

3000.00/- penalty per day.
4 Quoted rate is excluding VAT & AIT.
5 Electricity Water Supply will be supplied by clinet.
6 Protecting painting is not considered in the rate.
7 Removing of the false ceiling if necessory will be done by clinet.

Mode of Payment:
1 50% of the quoted rate should be given along with the work order.
2 20% of the quoted rate should be given after completion of the Item 01,02,03 & 06.
3 10% of the quoted rate should be given after completion of the Item 04.
4 10% of the quoted rate should be given after completion of the Item 05.
5 Rest of the 10% of the quoted rate should be given after final checking of the consultant.

Scope of Work:
1 All work will be done as per the initial submitted structural drawing. (See The Attachment)
2 Any further modification will be charged separately as per the current market rate.
