Abstrak
Artikel ini membahas 10 Karakteristik Guru SMK Di Era Industri 4.0. Tujuan utama dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa karakteristik guru sekolah menengah yang
diinginkan oleh siswa. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang
mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil
penelitian ini menemukan 10 karakteristik yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru siswa
sekolah menengah. Alat presentasi di kelas, beragam metode pengajaran, kiat dan trik untuk

Abstract
