Summary
Mr. Sims is a Vice President for Services Delivery in SAP America’s South Market unit. In this
capacity, and as a member of the North America Services delivery team, he oversees delivery
of SAP’s Consulting services with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana Enterprise and Cloud solutions. He
collaborates with Customer, SAP, and Partner led implementation projects acting as a catalyst for
revenue growth and brand protection in line with the overall SAP strategy.

His responsibilities include :

Comprehensive consulting engagement leadership and oversight for all SAP customer
implementations regardless of type or size, providing the platform for customer success, risk
mitigation, and value realization. He drives collaboration with all internal and external implementation
contributors and partners optimizing project efficiencies and outcomes.

Focus on the enablement of customers and project teams with the SAP Activate Methodology to drive
best in class solutions with a rapid time to value.

Manage the services platform for client success, risk mitigation, and value realization. And collaborate
with all internal and external implementation contributors to optimize project efficiencies and
outcomes.

Provide leadership to SAP project management and delivery professionals, He is also responsible
for ensuring the career planning, skill development, and operational excellence of his team with a
focus on the transformation required to provide consulting support for the market penetration of new
products and services in line with S/4 Hana , Cloud solutions, Analytics, Database, and Mobility
