Interior Design For Living Room

Introduction

In this assignment, the client is looking to turn the interior part of the terrace houses into
unique and cosy spaces. So that, our group member are involves to become an interior
designer in the consultant team. We designed to be simple and good appearance enough to
put together at living room. Our design to changes including furniture, machinery and other
product. The products to make your new living room becomes a good appearance and cosy
spaces. Our consideration of design is to is to ensure that it functions comfortably, efficiently,
and provide good appearance. We also consider long-term plans. If you are planning to move,
updating the living room may not change on their own style.

Based on the terrace house area, our group members choose this kind of black sofa in living
room. Because black colour are absorbs and reduces heat faster. Also that, below the sofa it
has a storage area to put the things inside such as book, remove control, etc. So, it will save
space to buy table to put that things. It looks more appearance.

The first benefit of a sofa bed is that it saves space by performing a dual function for you.
Sofa beds are ideal for small homes and apartments where adjusting conventional furniture is
a daunting task. Next, if you like to entertain guests, a sofa bed is the best solution; if you
have regular guests sleeping in the bed, it will be a good choice.

In addition, the stylish sofa bed serves your living room just like a regular sofa. The wide
range of sofa bed designs and styles gives you enough options to choose beautiful decorations
to decorate your living room. Another benefit of sofa beds is that many of them come with
storage solutions that allow you to store your and extra items in an organized way. In this

Based on the terrace house area, our group members choose this kind of glass table in living
room. Because glass table tops are transparent. The transparency of a glass table creates the
illusion of space. Even in the smallest room, a glass table will open up the space and make
the room feel larger and less cluttered. The “weightlessness” of a glass table allows light to
pass through as well as providing an unobstructed view of the rest of the room.

Next, the glass table top is due to its neutral appearance. It is easily adapted to create any
mood. Simply by swapping dinnerware or decorative accents, homeowners can create endless
variations to match their personal style perfectly. A glass table top looks great in a modern
home, but it is equally suitable for a room with a more traditional decor.

Furthermore, everyone is worried about health and cleanliness.  a glass table top is simple to
keep clean and germ-free. It is easy to wipe up any spills, and glass will not stain and trap

They can take up an entire wall or simply a corner of the room, and can store family treasures
and mementos, or various electronic devices. Entertainment units can be used in any way that
the homeowner desires, which is just one of the many benefits that they offer to the home.

Based on the terrace house area, our group members have design a wall for the entertainment
in living room. We decides to hang the flat screen TV in the middle of the wall. Also that, we
hang the cabinet surrounding the flat screen TV. Besides the flat screen TV, we put the table
and chair for the people that can do some work at there.

The benefit of the wall for the entertainment is to keeps miscellaneous items organized. The
purpose of the cabinet is to provide more shelving for the TV, books, DVDs, CDs, souvenirs,
etc. The important things will helps gather the family in one room for more quality time.

The finishes of the wall we selected the dark colour. One of the pros to using a darker wall
colour behind your flat screen TV is that it can also help to balance out an overly bright
room. If your great room or family room gets tons of natural light, the room can handle a
deeply saturated accent wall. It will provide great harmony in your space.

Furthermore, dark colours will also give your TV wall more of a theatrical feel. If you’re an
individual or part of a family who wants an immersive TV viewing experience, a dark colour
behind your flat screen will do the trick. It’ll allow the colours of the screen to pop more
vividly into the room.

Based on the terrace house area, our group members choose this kind of floor tile in living
room. Polished porcelain ceramic floor tile are extremely versatile and they are incredibly
popular with many homeowners, commonly used in both bedrooms and living room.
Polished porcelain tile come in a wide variety of colours and designs, with a style to fit any
kind of decor.

They are also incredibly wear-resistant, heat insulation and firebrick. Polished porcelain
ceramic floor tile usage depends on the situation and the environment they will be in. They

liking and the kind of room you are tiling to determine the right kind to choose. Large tiles

The primary reason to install a plaster ceiling is for concealment. In many properties, most of
the electrical wiring and plumbing pipes is built into the concrete subfloor and inside the
walls. If you install air-conditioning, more ducting needs to run along your ceiling. And, if
you add more lighting points, you need to add even more wires along the ceiling. Finally, if
you want to add a ceiling fan, you need to hang it from the concrete subfloor. This makes the
ceiling a busy place, full of electrical wiring for fans and lights, ducting for air conditioning
units, and plumbing pipes. False ceilings are used to hide all these things. But, a false ceiling
can do much more than just hide things. It can be used to improve the overall interior design
of any room.

The first benefit to have a low plaster ceiling is lower height ceiling reduces the volume of
living room, so your air conditioner will cool the room faster. This can lower your energy
costs. Secondly, it also makes changing light bulbs an easier task as all you need is just a step
stool. Another benefit of installing a plasterboard ceiling is that they are fire-resistant. Since
gypsum contains a small amount of water, it will not combust or increase the spread of a fire.
Plasterboard ceiling also help dampen the acoustics of a room, making it quieter. It also has a
strong resistance against termite attack.
