OF SCIENCE CLUB OFFICERS
Held on June 13, 2020; 3:20 pm at School Gymnasium

I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Ms. MAJORICA C. MILLAN, designated

adviser of Science Club at 3: 20 o’clock in the afternoon at held on June 13, 2020 at
School Gymnasium, as approved by the School Principal upon request.

II. ATTENDANCE

The meeting was attended by all the interested officers of all classes of the Junior
High School of Sta. Teresita National High School.

III. AGENDA

1. Organization of functional Science Club

IV. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE AGENDA

The meeting started at 3:00 after convening all the interested class officers. A
simple greeting to the students is employed before presenting the agenda. After which,
Mr. AUDEE JEY M. SOTOZA, the designated science club adviser presided the election
of new sets of Science Club Officers for the school year 2019 – 2020.
The newly elected Officers are the following:

After the election, no other agenda is discussed. The club adviser proclaimed that
meetings will be schedule after for important matters to be discussed.

V. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 in the afternoon since it is already Ground
Improvement the students need to clean their assigned areas.
