Lemon Shortbread Biscuits.

Ingredients:
350g white flour
220g butter
80g caster sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix everything together


and knead

Roll into a sausage shape and


leave in fridge for one hour
Slice 8mm thick
Place on baking tray.
Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius,
10-12 minutes.
