BROWNIES

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Ingredients
Put everything into the bowl based on
7/8 of a cup of caster sugar order of the ingredients and keep mixing
113g of melted butter after every ingredient you put in.

1/2 teaspoon Espresso powder Once you put the flour in you want to mix
everything for about 2 and a half minutes
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract before you start breaking the chocolate.
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk Once you’re done with the mixing, start
1/2 cup of cocoa powder breaking the chocolate into little pieces
and put them into the bowl while you mix
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
(we used 70% dark chocolate for this but
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder you can use whatever fits your taste).

chocolate, mix everything for about 2 and
