section in Guntakal division of South Central Railway:

to Zangalapalle (incl.) Km/Mast Location No.199/37 (Km/Ch. 199/887.30 m)
2. Four 25KVA Aux. Transformer: Two each at CCA and ZPL station.

We do hereby certify that in the work mentioned above :-

1. There is no infringement to schedule of dimensions due to OHE/Signal structures (or the sanction of
the Railway Board regarding infringement of schedule of dimensions due to OHE/Signaling structures
has been obtained as the case may be).

2. All the works have been carried out in accordance with the standard drawings, designs and
specifications.
3. Masts/structures are such as per prescribed norms.
4. The Signaling/Interlocking/block Signaling has been carried out in accordance with signaling and
interlocking plan and the requirements laid down in the manuals of instructions for the installation and
maintenance of signaling, interlocking and block signaling apparatus have been fully complied with.
5. The work has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the AC Traction Manual.

We hereby certify that the section has been carefully inspected and tested. It is also certified that the
above work has been properly completed and is in good working order. The work can be opened for
public carriage of passengers and goods traffic without endangering the safety of the travelling public or
of the employees of the Railways.
